The 08 number that we were provided with by DBS 0845 numbers has several added value features which make life easier for us such as voicemail that is sent to us automatically via email.

Other features available for 0800 and 0845 numbers include a "Divert On Busy Or No Answer" service which means a business will get all their calls. A call recording service is also available for 080 and 08445 numbers for both incoming and outgoing calls if required.
